Once the listing agreement is signed, we step in to coordinate all the details that need to happen before your listing goes live. We’ll communicate with your preferred vendors, gather property info from the seller, and get everything ready for MLS input so you don’t have to juggle the back-end.
What’s Included:
Schedule and coordinate listing photos and measurements with your preferred vendors
Gather key property details from the seller (features, updates, utilities, HOA info, etc.) and enter into MLS
Upload disclosures, info, etc into MLS Attachments
Set-up showing time and any known Open Houses in MLS
